Casanova

 

 

 


Casanova is a software application which can work either standalone or in combination with the back office. It can run on a PC and touch check-out systems. Casanova can also operate as a counter for direct sale or check-out scales in combination with third parties. Casanova can now run on the PC Dibal Scale CS1000.

Backstage

 

 

 


Backstage is an extension of Exquisitor, but it's more aimed at the needs in the studio. It is used via touch panel PC to which we can associate scales, label printers and scanners. It is mainly used for production, prepack, tracking, receipt. It is very easy to use and is continuously updated through control of our users.

Delifish
 


DeliFish is a system similar to Exquisitor but slightly narrower and more specific aimed at fish sales. It also allows to obtain production lists based at orders. It's integrated with a backstage for this niche. The system is specially constructed to indicate fishmonger Shot from Tholen. Here we can see a link with digital scales, namely the SM500.

In Delifish you can find the totals of the day-to-day sales, everytime a market car visits the company. All this via wireless connection.

 
TimeTracer
 

 


TimeTracer is a result of the time registration which belongs to our Exquisitor package. It is now a full stand-alone software which is responsible for the time records and the ins and outs in a company. All this based on fingerprints.


TimeTracer consists of the following main headings:

  • Real time management In and Out
  • Statements per day, per week, per month, per employee ...
  • Calculation performances per hour
  • Management absences, leave, sickness, special events ..
  • Reporting
  • Export functions

Obviously, the hardware is supplied by us. For access we work together with our dealer BVBA Van Herle.

Processing luncheon vouchers, monitoring the dates of expiry. Stamping checks to validate them. Producing lists for each cash register, customer or branch, and make reports to add them to the deposits to Ticket Restaurant or Sodexho, all of this is possible ....
Usually this work is done manually. This requires much time and is not flawless. All this will cost you much money. In our investigation to a competent machine, we have attached great importance to the maintenance of the device. We have opted for a maintenance unit. It may be preventive maintenance by the user so that the general maintenance of the machine ( which will be done by our technical services), takes only a relatively short time.

With My Vision X, we offer you the fully automatic solution that has already been in use by several of your colleagues.

For this device we have developed a software package ChequePoint. This is distributed through our partner Jurgen The Clippel.

 
 
   
Scales synchro

 


We have, thanks to the cooperation of the people of Digi, Dibal, Mettler, Toshiba Tec, the ability to synchronize their scales, by using our packages below. Obviously, we are dependent on the goodwil of the producers as we should go through their components for this connection.

 

   
   
 
WebShop

 


WebShop is an online ordering system which is integrated with Exquisitor. The result is that the online orders which are placed directly in Exquisitor and also in production. Conversely, we can synchronize Exquisitor from the articles, article groups, units, etc. with the onlineshop so that recent prices apply.

 
Outside our webshop we also offer websites to our customers. We seek the widest possible solution, so efficiency should be reached. We have a nice portfolio of sites which we have been managed and which are still managed.
   
ITRPresentation
 

 


ITRPresentation is a simple package out of which we've brought exquisitor as a stand alone. The meaning is to use his abilities on a PC without Exquisitor, but wich serves as a presentation PC. For this we can also offer a complete concept.

   
 
 

 
Ushaya
 


At the request of our customer Care4Identity, we have worked out a complete system of order. We have the concept ushaya baptized. It consists of a main (master), and a program which runs on TabletPCs by the representatives (Travel) so they can send directly their orders forward, and finally a system which is responsible for picking in the warehouse and logistics system for shipments of the orders.
